A little bit of tool development to assist an MVNO do something that the MNO said was not possible (that tool is now being supplied by CxB Solutions as RAW) – matching its retail records with the MNOs wholesale records.
Written a few articles and white papers, the latest is entitled “RA- Art or Science” and was written for Inside Revenue Management.
