Co-authored one book, ‘Revenue Assurance for Service Providers’; contributed to a second ‘Revenue Assurance, expert opinions for Communication Providers
A little bit of tool development to assist an MVNO do something that the MNO said was not possible (that tool is now being supplied by CxB Solutions as RAW) – matching its retail records with the MNOs wholesale records.
Written a few articles and white papers, the latest is entitled “RA- Art or Science” and was written for Inside Revenue Management.
Delivered masterclasses at a couple of recent conferences
– Telecom Revenue Management and Billing Optimisation in Kuala Lumpur, July 2010
– Revenue Assurance, Fraud Retention and Cost Management London, May 2010
– Fraud and Revenue Assurance Conference, London November 2013
Contracting work, helping an MVNO design and develop its RA practices
Interim Management work for a full range service provider, reviewing and augmenting their RA practices.
Assistied XINTEC with the development and delivery of their range of RA products.
Working with Revector developing a new range of test call generators and supporting their fraud management systems.
